With over 16 years entrepreneurial experience, Paul Shmarev has joined KazTrix as CTO in charge of all aspects of KazTrix technology. Paul has been managing large software projects for over 10 years. He brings unprecedented experience in a variety of technological fields including: business automation, database management, client-server Services, warehouse management and solution, data analysis, sales order processing, document imaging and workflow, e-Business solutions, gaming industry and a host of others.

Natalie Kouznetsova serves as Vice President of Marketing and Sales at KazTrix. She has been instrumental to the success of the company and brings more than 5 years of senior management experience to KazTrix. She has held various executive positions in software development and consulting services prior to joining KazTrix in 2002.
